Even Capture One was a just 5-minute learning curve. I can do everything Luminar does without the lag, flickering screens and treasure hunts for features. I'm sticking with Photoshop and a few plugins. And an endless variety of wonderfully creative / obtuse icons is not progress. I especially like the dark gray workspace with slightly lighter gray text, icons - brilliant. Maybe put the president's picture there - that would make him happy. Oh yeah, where's a simple text menu across the top of the frame, plenty of unused space there. All the Transform functions are under composition. HSL is useful, but there is no equivalent Color Balance ala Photoshop. Change the local contrast, much flashing of screens, then a result. Histogram - make an adjustment, count to two see the change on the histogram - little teeny tiny histogram too, no option to make it a useful size or with channels. Any editing - two-three second lag till preview, more adjustments, longer lag. No drag-and-drop however - three clicks to get one file. Takes another 40 seconds to open one 57MP image in ARW (Sony Raw) and show a sharp preview. Photoshop classic takes 25 seconds, so not much difference there.
